인천대학교 초고속 분광학 연구실에 오신 것을 환영합니다.
광활성 물질은 태양 전지, OLED 등 다양한 첨단 기술에 활용됩니다. 이러한 물질들을 효과적으로 설계하기 위해서는 빛을 흡수한 뒤 형성되는 들뜬 상태와 그 이후의 에너지, 전하, 구조 변화 과정을 분자 수준에서 이해하는 것이 필요합니다.
우리 연구실은 초고속 분광학과 양자화학 계산을 이용하여 광활성 분자와 소재의 들뜬 상태 동역확을 연구합니다. 이를 이용하여 발광, 에너지 전달 등의 근본 원리를 규명하고, 차세대 광기능 소재의 설계 원리를 제시하는 것을 목표로 합니다.

Photoactive materials are key components of advanced technologies such as solar cells, OLEDs, and photocatalysts. To design these materials effectively, it is essential to understand the excited states formed after light absorption and the subsequent evolution of energy, charge, and molecular structure.
Our laboratory uses ultrafast optical spectroscopy and quantum chemical calculations to sutdy excited-state dynamics in photoactive molecules and materials. Through these studies, we aim to uncover the fundamental principles of emission, charge transfer, and energy transfer, and establish design principles for next-generation photoactive materials.
